It could be anything. Are you opposed to traditional? Canon in D, Air on a G string, the Water series. I mean it just really depends on what you want to hear and how many people you have (so how long the song has to be). Are you having a cd or an organist? If you have an organist, you’d be limited by what they can play.

I am a fan of traditional so I would go with Pachabel’s Cannon in D.
